  • A This is dependent on many things , we discuss both options with our clients so they can make an informed decision as to which way they feel is best for them

  • Q Do you include removal of material from site ?

  • A yes , you will be informed of any tipping charges along with the hourly rate for the machine, if your job is quoted you will find the tip charges itemised on the front of your quote

  • Q Are you available on weekends ?

  • A Yes, we are available for job & quote bookings on weekends, please make arrangements with us as early as possible as we can only service certain types of jobs

  • Q Do I need to be home when you start ?

  • A Generally not, unless there are special circumstances, a site meeting can be arranged prior to start if you can not be present on the day

  • Q What do I do about underground services ?

  • A If there are services running through the area but you are unsure of the exact location we can generally avoid them by exposing small areas by hand, a lot of our jobs don't
    go deep enough to damage any services. If your project involves deep excavation and you are concerned about services we can scan the area and mark out all service locations
    Please let us know if you require this service and we will send you a seperate quotation as we outsource this to a professional scan company, we do everything possible to avoid
    services but we can not accept any responsibility or cost to repair any damage

  • A No, we just ask that you let us know as soon as possible but you will not be charged any cancelation fee, If you have paid a deposit and you need to cancel or change a booking
    we will refund your deposit in full at your request, less any expenses already incurred for that job , we do not hold any deposits for work that has been canceled unless the client
    requests us to do so
